Shown below is a 3D CAD drawing of the pilot model. This is the second step in the drawing process after an initial set of one dimensional drawings are made to 1/4" to the foot scale.
With 3D cad software a model can be rotated to view at any angle.
Drawings are approved at each step during the process. Email with the aid of Digital photography and CAD software are the key tools used in communicating with the factory.
